Time Out4U Inc., a Hampton based non-profit 501 (c)3 youth engineering organization striving to diversify the 21st century workforce by broadening Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) exposure and STEM career readiness for various demographic groups that are underrepresented in STEM.
 
Established in September 2013, the organization unites a professional team of certified teachers and STEM field experts that execute STEM workshops, activities, after school programs, and annual STEM symposium across the Hampton Roads Area. To provide and preserve educational opportunities for PreK-12th grade students. Time Out 4U provides students with STEM exposure to make connections between in-class curricula and its significance in a real world setting.
