"I was in a state of complete inertia. At 51 and very over weight, I met Debbie and Nicci at Time out Boot Camp. Both ladies were highly recommended by a family member. The first day, I didn't think I would last the full hour but I did. I realized how out of shape I was but the girls gave encouragement all along the way. The point was do what you can and it will get better as you get stronger. Within 6 weeks I'd lost 28 lbs. and 2 dress sizes. Most importantly, I have fun doing it. Boot Camp is never the same routine, always challenging and alot of good laughs along the way. Additionally, Debbie and Nicci are massage therapists and with my usual inabilty to do long term planning, Debbie has come to my house on three ocassions for full body massages. She has great technique and a quiet calm demeaner. My 39 year old daughter (RN) said it was the best she ever had. Any woman, at any age, or level of fitness will benefit from boot camp."

"After coming to Boot Camp for five months, more regularly than I have done any other excercise routine, I am still invigorated with the one hour class every Monday and Friday. I have lost inches and held my weight since before Christmas when I decided to lose some weight, I have lost seven pounds and kept it off without really changing my eating habits very much. I look forward to the early morning classes and enjoy the outdoors much more than any excercise activity at a gym that soon becomes drudgery. I enjoy looking at the clouds while doing stomach excercises and the non-routine of the obstacles courses is always interesting. It is usually the fastest hour of the day."
